Claus has been leading WorkPoint as CEO since October 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the Software industry. Before taking on his current role, Claus held various leadership positions at Microsoft Corporation, both in Denmark and internationally. His extensive experience includes managing major customer segments and business partners, ranging from large global enterprises to small and mid-size organizations, across both public and private sectors.

Claus is passionate about fostering a company culture that encourages growth and development. He strongly believes in nurturing a Growth Mindset within every individual in the organization, advocating for a shift from a 'know-it-all' mindset to a 'learn-it-all' mindset.

In addition to his role at WorkPoint, Claus serves on the boards of Unit IT A/S, Konsolidator A/S, and the Danish IT Industry Association (ITB).
