CTO – Leadership Team

Since May 2023, our CTO has been part of WorkPoint, bringing a genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the people who make it all happen. His curiosity and drive to turn bright ideas into tangible value are evident in everything he does. He believes that collaboration is a key ingredient in making things work and is committed to ensuring that everyone has the space to learn and the opportunity to build on their experience and expertise—especially important as technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace.

Our CTO’s background is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Software Development, complemented by an Academy Foundation Degree in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Organisation and Management. While formal education has played a key role, his greatest achievements have come from working side by side with dedicated colleagues over the years.

  • FlowIT: For 14 years at FlowIT, our CTO took on roles ranging from developer and SharePoint/Business Consultant to Head of the Consulting Department, always with an emphasis on developing solutions that empower people to work smarter—particularly in project and portfolio management.
  • Hesehus: At Hesehus, he led a development team before transitioning to Head of Delivery, driving the creation of top-tier web shops for major B2B retailers.

In short, what truly motivates our CTO is seeing teams come together—tackling challenges, learning from success and failure alike, and finding time to connect and celebrate along the way.
