People and Culture Manager – People & CultureSina Feldborg Mortensen joined WorkPoint as People & Culture Manager in December 2022 — bringing a passion for organizational culture, a collaborative spirit, a structured yet people‑focused mindset, and a strong belief in the power of balance.
Prior to joining WorkPoint, Sina worked across a range of roles in HR and people development — from municipal roles in Copenhagen and Esbjerg Municipalities to independent HR consulting — supporting leaders and teams in navigating change, growth, and collaboration. She knows how to build structure and support leadership while placing culture and people at the heart of transformation.
Academically, Sina holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Business Studies from Roskilde University. She is also an ICC-certified coach, blending theory and practical tools to support both individual and organizational development.
Sina is deeply committed to balance — between development and stability, results and processes, work and life — and believes that sustainable growth starts with people.
